- Make sure that you have all the budget you need.
- Make a story board so everyone knows what is going to happen next.
- The talents are in the correct place.
- Get a casting producer.
- All the equipment is in place.
- A shot list is available .
- All the crew is in position
- Have a call sheet.
- Create a contingencies plan.
- Make sure all the gear is there (cameras).
- Budget money for food for the cast.
