What are the issues surrounding these films?
The main ethical problem with the hobbit is that 27 animals were killed in the process of filming the hobbit that lead to an uprising when members of the public found out. This was because the animals weren't kept properly in good conditions. therefore the people for the ethical treatment of animals renamed the film "unexpected cruelty".
